• manufacturing/warehouse/relatable background
• planning staff against workload experience 
• multi tasker, willing to step in to support your team 
• motivational but respectful
• comfortable with having a team of various nationalities and language abilities 

The role involves;

• Managing staff planning to run production to the day's targets
• Engaging with those on your shift to ensure they are confident in the expectations of their duties
• Line checks on produce against customer orders
• Health & Safety & PPE related recording
• Production run and packaging quality checks and related paperwork
• Overseeing the working areas, maintaining high levels of hygiene and tidiness
• Regular contact and relationship management with Team Leaders and other colleagues
