• Have some experience of delegating tasks to staff
• Confident in using tools and skills to take on minor maintenance jobs

• Have the physical capabilities for a role with lifting and manual working
• Result driven team work ethics
• A good level of written and verbal English

The role involves;

• Pre Start Up Checks conducted and recorded
• Ensuring colleagues using machinery have been provided with relevant training
• Fault finding and mechanical issue solving or flagging up to others where required
• Communication with supervisors and teams leads to understand targets
• Delegate tasks to team members / machine operatives
• Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork associated with the role
• Minimising waste of raw and packaging materials
• Checking packaging prior to production runs
• Quality control checks on packaging and print
• Supporting our technicians
• Nurturing relationships with our engineering teams and other departments
