This is a role with many different areas of responsibility and below are some of them:
- Quality and Food Safety formal audit management, including traceability; allergen controls; foreign object monitoring; pest control recording and documentation auditing
- CCP (Critical Control Points)/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) checks
- Monitoring incoming raw materials, stock rotation and temperatures
- Calibration, metal detection, weight and date coding checks
- Taste Panel Management
- Managing Non-Conformance corrective actions and customer issues
- Sample collections including swabbing, shelf-life checks and water sampling
- Supporting our Food Safety Culture
You will ideally have an awareness of Quality Control and Food Safety procedures; however, full training is available for the right candidate.
Working Hours are 40 hours averaged over two weeks
Pay Rate
£13.40 per hour
£16.75 O/T
