The Role Involves:
- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to identify KPIs and improvement targets
- Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies
- Lead and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Manage projects from initiation to completion and track progress using performance data and identifying trends
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
- Facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Working with L&D to deliver training and support to teams going through improvement initiatives
- Engage with department heads and frontline staff to gather insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance improvement, operations, or process optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within manufacturing, production
- Track record of delivering measurable performance improvements
Working hours are: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary - £40,000
