Communications Manager

The role involves:

  • Managing and providing a key focus on agency liaison, media relations, drafting press releases, social media strategy, image management
  • Developing relationships with key internal and external contacts and film and photography projects
  • Managing and overseeing clippings reports where relevant for both online and offline publications
  • Proactively monitoring industry and competitor initiatives and report to key stakeholders regularly

Social Media

  • Creating and implementing content across different social media channels in line with business strategy
  • Preparing and creating engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok to promote the business
  • Tracking and analysing data to improve content on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitoring social trends, incorporating these in into social media plans and share with the team
  • Website updates and improvements
  • Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
