Key accountabilities include:   

• Maintaining field equipment to a high standard
• Providing engineering cover to harvesting crews at all times ensuring any equipment breakdowns are repaired as soon as possible and downtime is kept to a minimum
• Organisation of the Field Department workshop ensuring that there is always a sufficient stock of spare parts and workshop sundries
• Ensuring the workshop area is clean and clear as possible
• Undertake duties and operate equipment within health and safety regulations
